Step 1: Open the command prompt in administrative mode
Step 2: Type the following commands
- net localgroup Administrators /add networkservice
- net localgroup Administrators /add localservice
Step 3:Restart the system and check if the diagnostic policy service has started
After performing the above task you should not receive the error
